How does the 15-day trial work?+
Sign up, confirm your email, and you get 15 days of full Pro features. No credit card, nothing to cancel. Your practice type's services, consent forms and intake questions are set up for you on day one.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Nothing is deleted. Your workspace becomes read-only — you can still sign in, view every patient and chart, and export everything. Choose a plan any time in the following 30 days and you pick up exactly where you left off.
Is the AI really included, or is it an add-on?+
Included, at every tier, from $99. Aesthetic Record charges $30–75/month for its charting AI alone, and Podium's AI Employee is $99–399/month. Each plan has a generous monthly allowance of AI actions; going over is billed at cost through your usage account rather than blocked.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?+
No. Aesthetic Record charges $399 to onboard and Zenoti implementations run $5,000–30,000. We charge nothing, and Scale includes guided migration from your existing system.
Is Elexiz HIPAA compliant?+
Yes — encrypted storage, role-based access, full audit logging and multi-tenant isolation. Business Associate Agreements are included on Scale.
Can I migrate from Aesthetic Record, Boulevard or Mangomint?+
Yes. We import contacts, treatment history and documents. It's included at no extra cost on Pro and Scale.
What about email and text allowances?+
Each plan includes a monthly allowance. Beyond it, email and texts are billed at our cost plus a small margin through your usage account — you're never cut off mid-campaign, and you only pay for what you actually send.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes — 20% off, charged once a year. Essentials is $948, Pro is $2,388 and Scale is $4,788.
Can I change plans later?+
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
Do you support practices outside the US?+
Yes. We serve 20+ countries including the UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, EU, Canada and Australia. Multi-currency invoicing and multi-language AI are standard.
