If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users, including clients, visitors, and others who access our services.

2. Services

Elexiz provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Paid Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• AI Voice Agents
• AI Chat Agents
• Appointment Setting
• Cold Calling Services
• Live Agent Support

Specific services, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
• Monthly services are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Late payments may incur additional fees and service suspension

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients who are not satisfied with our services. After the initial 30 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Ad spend and third-party costs are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Approve content and campaigns within agreed timeframes
• Maintain valid payment methods
• Notify us of any issues or concerns promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, materials, and assets you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

Elexiz Content

Content created by Elexiz on your behalf becomes your property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, methodologies, and processes remain our intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, business strategies, customer data, and other sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or policies
• We are not liable for losses resulting from factors beyond our control

8. Results Disclaimer

Marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, industry, and audience response. While we use best practices and data-driven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Past performance and case studies do not guarantee future results. Pricing starting from $799/month; actual costs depend on service package selected. Terms and conditions apply.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for monthly services
• Immediately for material breach by the other party
• As specified in individual service agreements

Upon termination, we will provide transition assistance and all client-owned assets and data.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Elexiz operates.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
