What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No, ad spend is separate. Our prices cover management fees only. We recommend a minimum $1,000/mo ad budget on the Professional plan and above.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on MedSpa plans, and custom annual contracts are available for all other industries.
Is Elexiz HIPAA compliant?
MedSpa plans include full HIPAA compliance, encryption, audit logs, and BAA. Other industries get our enterprise security baseline (SOC 2-aligned, encrypted, audited) — HIPAA can be added if needed.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes. We import data from most major CRMs and industry-specific tools at no extra cost on Growth and Enterprise plans.
